Are there any setup fees or custom contract periods?
No. All plans are paid month-to-month, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
How are Meta conversation costs billed?
You connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) directly to your own Meta Business credentials. Meta bills you directly via your credit card saved in your Meta Business Suite console. Kloyst does not touch or markup this billing.
Do you charge a commission per message sent?
Never. Unlike other platforms, Kloyst charges a flat subscription fee. Your messaging expenses correspond strictly to Meta official rates.
