Policy Overview
As a privacy-focused company owned by Blogsage Technologies, Kloyst guarantees users complete control over data stored on our servers. This policy provides step-by-step instructions on requesting complete accounts and records removal to meet Meta Business review specifications.
1. Types of Data Stored
When you use Kloyst, we store the following data points on our secure cloud instances:
- Account Credentials: Full name, business email, encrypted login details, and billing tokens.
- Meta API Configurations: WABA IDs, phone numbers, phone ID codes, and developer access tokens.
- Customer Databases: Contact phone numbers, tags, names, and custom profile attributes uploaded by you.
- Broadcast History: Templates sent, delivery timestamps, and analytical status metrics (sent, delivered, read).
2. Requesting Data Deletion
You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the following channels:
Option A: Via Settings Console
Log into the dashboard at ai.kloyst.com, navigate to Account Settings > Compliance, and click "Request Account Deletion".
Option B: Via Email Request
Write to us at support@kloyst.com from your registered business email address. Subject: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Data Removal Timeline
Once a request is initiated and verified, the deletion proceeds as follows:
We verify your identity and account ownership to prevent accidental or malicious deletion.
Account settings, contact lists, templates, and API keys are permanently deleted from our active databases.
Data is purged from automated system backups. A confirmation certificate is sent to your registered email.
4. Legal & Regulatory Retention
Please note that we may retain certain limited information where we are legally required to do so, such as past invoice records and financial logs for tax auditing compliance (e.g. tax reporting inside the jurisdiction of India).
