Kloyst maintains a zero-tolerance policy for spam, unsolicited messaging, and predatory communications. This policy details guidelines governing messages sent via our platform.

Introduction & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable standards for using Kloyst, a software product operated by Blogsage Technologies. It applies to all accounts, API requests, and broadcasts dispatched through the Kloyst platform.
1. Prohibited Messaging Activities
You agree not to use the platform to transmit or facilitate:
- !Cold Outreach or Spam
Sending messages to numbers purchased from directories, scraped from websites, or collected without active intent.
- !Deceptive or Fraudulent Content
Engaging in phishing campaigns, false investment schemes, or pretending to represent official entities you do not represent.
- !Malware & Viruses
Distributing files containing trojans, worms, ransomware, or malicious download links.
- !Harassment & Hate Speech
Sending threat templates, derogatory text, or harassing materials to users.
2. Opt-in & Consent Requirements
All communications sent via Kloyst must be consent-first:
1. Prior Consent: You must obtain clear, explicit consent (opt-in) from customers before sending marketing templates. This can be collected via website forms, checkout checkboxes, or physical signups.
2. Clear Opt-out Path: Marketing templates must provide a clear mechanism for customers to unsubscribe (e.g., Quick Reply buttons labeled "Opt Out" or "Stop").
3. Immediate Cessation: If a customer requests to opt-out, you must immediately halt all messaging to that recipient.

To maintain platform safety, Kloyst employs monitoring, blocklist tracking, and response checks:
- Accounts violating these terms will face immediate suspension without warning.
- Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
- We reserve the right to report malicious operators directly to Meta and local cyber authorities.
5. Alignment with Meta Guidelines
Kloyst works exclusively on official WhatsApp Business Platform capabilities. Message delivery, template approvals, and quality rating bands are determined directly by Meta. Any actions by Meta to block, flag, or restrict your WABA profile for policy non-compliance will propagate to Kloyst, and we are not liable for Meta-enforced penalties.
